Concordia University Library Hosts New Art Exhibit

Through October 31st, two art exhibits will be on display at the George R. White Library and Learning Center.  “Crowned Jewels” is a photographic celebration of NW African American women impacted by breast cancer.  The opening reception for this display, which will take place on Monday, October 10th, 6:00-8:30 PM, includes entertainment provided by cast members from the Portland Center Stage production of “Oklahoma!”

“The Art of the Church: Inspirational Expressions of Faith” is a display of more than 40 finely crafted banners from local churches.
