OLA 2011 – Brief Recap

ACRL Oregon was pleased to have good turnout for its programs at the OLA Annual Conference in early April.

The preconference on Managing Vendor Relationships was well attended and  included librarians from all types of libraries, with public librarians in the majority.  It was great to be able to offer a preconference that had such wide appeal!

Many of the conference presentations are now available in Northwest Central with a search on OLA 2011. The available ACRL Oregon-sponsored ones are:

All Textbooks in the PCC Library, presented by Tony Greiner

Repackage! Repurpose! Aggregate!: Leveraging Free Content to Create Free Web Services, presented by Hope Leman

They Blinded me With Science: Turning Qualitative Research into Action, presented by Hannah Gascho Rempel, Uta Hussong-Christian and Margaret Mellinger
